Log Delivery Terms and Conditions

Here at Special Branch 24/7 Ltd, we want you to be completely satisfied with your log order and delivery. To help with this, please take a moment to read our log delivery terms and conditions. If you have any questions, please contact us before you place your order.

  1. Standard delivery is kerbside only and you will need to move the logs to your desired location.

  2. Kerbside is classed as where we can reverse our delivery vehicle. If you have any restrictions on access to your property please let us know when you place your order.

  3. If you require your logs to be stacked - e.g by your front door, on your driveway, in your back garden, we provide a hand stacking service for an additional fee.

  4. If you wish to change the delivery location once your order has been placed, please contact us.

  5. If you have chosen kerbside delivery only we will be unable to stack the logs for you. If you wish to change this and add a stacking service once your order has been placed, please contact us.

  6. Delivery can only be made to one address, if you required delivery to more than one address, please place separate orders.

  7. Delivery is to addresses in the following counties only - Surrey, Berkshire, Hampshire and London. Additional delivery costs may apply. Unfortunately we do not deliver to other counties at present.

  8. Our logs have been air dried for 24 months and Special Branch 24/7 Ltd cannot be held responsible for any insects or infestations that may arise from the supply of our logs. As it is not possible to guarantee that the logs will be free from infestations or pathogens, Special Branch will not be held liable for any damage to property arising from these. There are insurances available to protect from losses caused by infestations or pathogens and we would recommend that you look at any options available to you so that you are adequately protected from loss. Our obligations to you are fulfilled at the point of delivery and any risk of loss passes to you the customer at that point.

  9. Special Branch 24/7 Ltd reserve the right to refuse to deliver to any address with unacceptable delivery conditions. In this event, we will issue a full refund of your order within 28 days. Unacceptable delivery conditions will include any location that is unreasonable or unsafe to deliver to. It also includes anything that the delivery driver deems to be unreasonable or unsafe at the time of delivery. You as the buyer must ensure that there is a location for delivery which is safe to deliver to and that is also reasonably accessible to a goods vehicle. Any location not accessible to the log delivery vehicle will be deemed unreasonable for the purpose of delivery. Special branch will not be liable for any damage to property which occurs during delivery. This includes but is not limited to the damage of gardens, driveways, buildings, and vehicles. To avoid damage to property, the buyer must ensure that the location of delivery is clear from any property that could be damaged. 

  10. Ownership of any products will remain with Special Branch until both payment and delivery are completed. Title in all goods will not pass to the buyer until full payment has been received. Special Branch reserves the right to enter the buyer’s premises and recover any goods not paid for.
