We have prepared these guidelines so customers have a clear understanding of what to expect when contracting our service.
We aim to provide a hassle free, professional service which is fast and efficient with the work carried out to the highest standard possible.
Staff must be polite and conduct themselves in a professional manner at all time.
All staff must be fully qualified, fully motivated and take pride in every aspect of the service they deliver.
All equipment used to carry out the work must be safe and fit for purpose.
Zero tolerance will be taken towards drink and drugs.
All work will be carried out to the relevant health and safety legislation, in conjunction with the relevant British standards. The relevant method statements and risk assessments will be carried out prior to work undertaken if specified by customers or contractors. Work on the highway will have to be carried out to the relevant legislation if required.
If access is required to neighbouring properties, this will have to be arranged by the customer prior to the work being undertaken. We have no authority to trespass into anybody else’s property.
We hold a 5 million pound Public Liability Insurance that can be sent to you prior to work being carried out if requested.
Quotations are binding once work starts.
Quotations are valid for six months unless we use our discretion and decide to carry out the work.
When excepting our quotation we take no responsibility for any third party agreement you have made unless notified of this arrangement. In this situation we will quote individually so individual needs are met.
On completion of work undertaken payment is expected in full within 5 working days, any overdue invoices will be charged at a 2 percent rate per month until payment is received in full.
We do not offer a credit service.
