Tree work in conservation areas or any tree covered by a tree preservation order will have to be authorised by your local planning department at the council. If your tree has a tree preservation order on it then restrictions will apply. Unauthorised work carried out on any tree may lead to a £20,000 fine.

All members of staff are trained to a minimum level of 2 years NPTC training at Merist Wood College, to fully understand the correct working codes of the theoretical and practical sides of tree surgery.
